"Put the 'O' Back in Your Romance"
Okay, okay, I'll save you all the saleswoman spiel and just talk. About a year and a half ago I started thinking about selling Pure Romance. I shied away from it because I was about to move in with my parents and I didn't think they would take too kindly to me having a lot of that stuff in their house.
So, I waited.
I waited until I moved back home to Texas, then by the end of my first month back, I had ordered my kit and started getting really enthusiastic about it all. I'm still enthusiastic about it, I just don't see why I'm not getting anyone to book parties with me. I've had ONE person book a party with me. I've done two parties, a grand opening and then a hostess-booked party the night after that.
Anywho, I must say that I really do enjoy being part of this company. I love the fact that the focus is more on the women instead of the product. We're more about helping women feel comfortable (and some men) than we are about selling our product. I mean, its great to sell it, but I really love the fact that I can finally tell people all I know about sex and sexual health and they will finally take me seriously! I'm a professional sex consultant, basically!
We offer some really cool and really tasty products, too. We have this one creamy lubricant, Whipped, that works as a massage cream AND hand lotion AND it tastes like real strawberry cheesecake! It's SO GOOD! I have to admit that somtimes I just wanna squeeze some on my finger and eat it.
I also can't wait to try the new line of facial cleansers we just started up. They're supposed to be pH balanced and work on all skin types. One day... I shall have enough money to do this!
I started up as a way to make some money, earn exta cash, hell, maybe even make a living off it! Though, its been very slow going for me since I started. It seemed to be going up and up at first, but its dropped down, and I don't understand why because I've gotten more and more adament about my advertising, my promotions, and my mentions of it whenever people talk about sex-related things. It just seems to not be striking anyone's fancy lately. I hear about a lot of other consultants getting parties left and right, but I just can't get one... its really, really frustrating since I can't find a job.
I'm an honest person and am not out to scam anyone or rip them off. I honestly just want to spread the word about sexual health. I want to help other women realize that they are sexy and can be sexy just in their own skin. I want them to realize that it doesn't take much. I want them to realize that sex toys are not the enemy. They are not wrong or evil. Sex toys can be a fun edition to any relationship whether you be a multiple-partner person, a one-partner person, or a self-loving person.
There's nothing wrong with feeling good in our own skin, and I promise that I can help that.

I sell pure romance and LOVE IT! I started selling in April 2011 aNd I have been kicking butt since! I also sell Mary Kay and cant get it to moooove and I started selling it BEFORE PR! I love the company, the products and the people!
